Yes. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we must ask that you create an account to place an order. You can do that before or during the checkout process, your items will stay in your cart.
You can create an account by clicking the sign in button on our menu on the left. You can create an account with us or sign in using your existing Google or Facebook account.
In order to provide you with service, you need to register your real name with us as well as a means for us to reach you instantly to let you know about your order.
You can place an order by searching for the items you need in our search bar, selecting the correct dosage and quantity and adding them to your cart or by uploading a prescription, after both options, you will be asked to select your preferred pickup pharmacy, select and send in the order. We’ll take it from there. Please note you will need to show your original prescription when you pick up your medications and pay for them.
Yes, Currently available in Bangaluru only.
You have 7 days from date of purchase to return the item.
You can return the item(s) to the pharmacy from which you picked them up, and request a refund.
You will be refunded by the same method in which you paid. At the moment we only support cash on pickup, so you will be refunded for that amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund rewards points. You will be refunded only the amount that you paid, including applied points.
